Ok, so things have taken a different turn in Honduras! With all the political uprising and turmoil starting to increase in Honduras, Dakota's group has been advised to evacuate this weekend. Hopefully, if all goes according to plan, they will be able to fly to America on Sunday afternoon. Keep him in your prayers, please.
I am so thankful Dakota had this opportunity. I know it will be life changing for him and that he also changed lives in Honduras. They were able to teach lessons, work with the children, help with construction and show Christ to others during their time there. The group is bummed that they are having to leave early, but understand that safety is a big issue, especially with us momma's back home!
Please pray also for the people of Honduras. There freedoms are being challenged and lives will be changed by the decisions made in the upcoming weeks. We are so blessed to live in America!

Our Family
Richard & I were married in 1997 have been truly blessed as the parents of 4 kids. Although we will always be "Southerners" at heart, we are having a great time raising our family in the Northwest.
DAKOTA: 15 yo. He is who made me a momma and I am so honored that that I get to be his. Dakota loves sports, hunting & fishing, and lately, GIRLS! (UGH!) I love watching him mature into the young man God has purposed him to become.
COLBY: 9 yo. Colby is a mini-Richard in his looks and a combo of each of our personalities. He excels in school, loves hunting & fishing, and is an outdoor boy! He hopes to be in the special forces or S.W.A.T. team member one day. Colby is a very creative kid and loves to learn. He facinates me with his drive to educate himself fully about his interests.
CHANDLER: 5 yo. Chandler is the "Princess" of the family in every way possible! She is a girly-girl and loves her dresses, bows and dolls! She loves being a big sister, more a little mother, to Buckley. Chandler loves the outdoors and playing with the boys, she is just going to make sure she looks cute doing it!
BUCKLEY: 2 yo. Buckley is the perfect (surprise) completion to our family! She has the funniest sense of humor and is always going for a laugh. She definitely has a sense of what she wants and how she IS going to get it. What a blessing she is!
We travel many trails as a family, figuratively and literally, and it is always an adventure one way or another!
